Once you’ve got the basics, we’ll also move on to more advanced techniques such as importing 3D models, shaders, ViewportLayers, selective rendering, particles with depth of field, and of course, augmented reality with the FLARToolkit.

I’m going through your video lessons now. I’m very pleased with how easy it was to get started. That’s a credit to your course. I’ve viewed courses on Papervision from other sources without as much luck. Great Job! πŸ™‚

The course is so nice, i love to use basic view instead of having to import everything,

but i think it lacked the animated collada…

anyway, it is a really great training,
(hope they upload one for BOX2D as well !)

    and this question:

ΒΏwhat do you think about the new code editing help of flash CS5 to use
    libraries like this one?

  10. ben Says:

Thanks Tom! Incredible stuff. Looks quite doable too!

  11. DaZ Says:

    nice post…thanks! πŸ™‚

I got a question: is it possible to create a plane in Papervision3D starting from 4 points? x1, x2, y1,y2?

  12. DaZ Says:

sorry, I have also to tell that I don’t know the z…so it could be that x1 it’s 0 and x2 it’s 10 but it’s because it has a rotationY of 45 degree, so the side it’s not 10 but it’s 20…so from 4 points given in a space and linked between them by a line in order to form a rectangle, can I create a Plane?

  13. Jonny Says:

Finished the course today on Lynda. Extra props for the Augmented Reality lesson at the end. Recommended.
